HISTORY
Sperrin Switchgear Ltd was founded in June 1996 by Niall McGuigan (Technical Director) and Terry Reilly (Sales Director) and is situated in Draperstown. Their aim is to deliver clients a bespoke and high quality solution in both industrial and commercial sectors. Niall and Terry have a combined total of over 60 years experience in electrical switchgear manufacturing companies.
The company currently employs approximately 30 employees ranging from Electrical supervisors, Electricians, Apprentice Electricians, Fitters, Assemblers and Office staff.

Since the company was formed, it has maintained the highest quality in the manufacture of Main Switchboards, Sub Switchboards, Motor Control Centres, PDU's, IPS/UPS, P.F.C Equipment, Mimic Panels and Floodlighting panels.
All panels are assembled using an ASTA certified busbar system and CE marked components from manufacturers like Schneider, CUBIC, ABB, Siemens, Socomec, Eaton, Dorman Smith, Mitsubishi, Terasaki, Square D and many more.

We have rapidly grown to become a market leader in manufacturing of electrical switchgear and control panels in Northern Ireland, as well as exporting to England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland and further afield
